The product uses the 5 th generation FPGA chip and AI deep learning algorithm fusion technology. With the high-speed high-resolution industrial HD cameras, the sorting machine can reach 12-15 tons each hour. Because of the adoption of 360° rotating scanning and one-key multiple configurations adjustment, we can make production accurate and easy. Generally our nuts sorting machine is with 8 discharge ports /exits. It can sort flaw, shape, diamter, colors, density, volume and so on.
